If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Once your package has been shipped, JADE VANESSA MERCH is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Approved replacement requests will be handled at our discretion. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, JADE VANESSA MERCH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

All artwork, logos, music-related designs, graphics, product designs, photos, videos, and website content are the intellectual property of JADE VANESSA MERCH and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
